Does my supplier need Shengchan?
No. You can prepare a purchase order and send it manually. Connecting workspaces requires a private invitation and the supplier’s approval.
Can sales staff see purchase costs?
In shop mode, costs and purchases are restricted to managers, buyers and accountants. Sales staff can browse the sales catalogue.
Are WeChat alerts already sent?
The connector requires an official account, approved templates and customer authorization. The channel remains unavailable until configured. The site can still open in the WeChat browser.

Permissions govern access to internal costs and margins. The client portal shows information shared with that client without exposing these internal figures.
How we protect your data
To display a document or calculate a margin, the service decrypts the data needed for authorized operations. This is therefore not end-to-end encryption. Encryption at rest covers private files and protected cost fields; it does not cover every piece of information in the application.

Can I use it in WeChat?
The web version can be opened in WeChat’s browser. A native connection or WeChat mini-program will require a professional account and dedicated configuration.
How do I get access?
Verify your email, create your factory and activate your subscription after payment. The guide takes you to your first quotation. Customers then receive private invitations from their factory for the relevant orders.
Can customers see my costs and margins?
The customer portal displays the progress information intended for them. Internal costs and margins are not displayed in this portal.
Which languages are available?
The interface supports French, English and Chinese. Quotes and PIs also support Japanese and Korean. Untranslated text is marked and kept in its original language.
How do activation and renewal work?
After email verification and factory creation, your subscription is activated once payment is confirmed. Manual monthly or yearly renewals; no automatic charges. Existing contracts retain their conditions.
Can subscriptions be paid with WeChat Pay or Alipay?
